Your tasks

We are looking for experienced project managers to strengthen our expertise related to data center and critical infrastructure projects. Depending on your background and skills, you can work in design management, implementation management, or construction management for data center projects. In this project manager role, you will get to influence data center investments in Finland and their success.

In this role, you will

• be responsible for data center and critical infrastructure project management tasks, such as design management, depending on your background
• work on projects at various stages
• work with international investors, technology suppliers, and significant construction and industrial projects
• manage project schedules, costs, risks, and cooperation between different parties
• collaborate with customers and specialists from different fields
• share expertise to support the development of others

The specific content of the role will be built around your experience and strengths.

Requirements

The role is for you if you have experience in managing demanding construction, industrial, energy, or data center projects and want to take significant responsibility for large projects, customers, and leading a multidisciplinary group of experts.

Would you be one of us? You may already be a data center project manager or a leading expert in your field. The role may also suit an experienced project director, construction consultant, design manager, project manager, or project management specialist who is ready to take the next step toward broader responsibility.

You have a relevant degree, for example, in construction, electrical, energy, or building services engineering, as well as strong project management experience from construction, industrial, energy, or data center projects.

Success in the role requires

• experience in project management and coordination of different parties
• the ability to manage large and demanding entities
• a good understanding of project implementation processes
• a systematic and solution-oriented approach to work
• readiness to utilize AI and new technologies in your own work and in the development of operating methods
• good cooperation and communication skills
• fluent English skills

As an advantage, we consider fluent Finnish, experience with data centers, critical infrastructure, industrial investments, EPCM or PMC operating models, and international project organizations. However, you do not need to have everything ready. The most important thing is a strong technical foundation and readiness to take responsibility.
