Warehouse and Delivery Manager

Your tasks

Oversee and manage all warehouse and supply chain operations of the company, from receiving goods, storage, stock management, and delivery to quality control and product safety, particularly for scientific instruments, medical devices, and pharmaceutical products that require Cold Chain management. The Manager must define strategies and continuously improve processes to ensure that operations are highly efficient, safe, and compliant with relevant international standards.

Requirements

This position requires English proficiency for work (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing).

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, or other related fields.
2. At least 7-10 years of experience in warehouse, delivery, and quality management.
3. Experience in managing warehouse systems and Cold Chain management, with a strong understanding of relevant regulations.
4. Deep knowledge and understanding of GDP (Good Distribution Practice) and Good Storage Practice (GSP) principles.
5. Proficient in using Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ERP systems.
6. Excellent leadership, strategic planning, communication, and complex problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to analyze data and prepare performance summary reports for presentation to senior management.
8. Good proficiency in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing).
9. Proficient in computer skills and office software.
10. Knowledge of ISO9001 quality management system requirements.
11. Good interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset.
