Service Engineer (Merck MilliPore, B Medical)

Responsible for providing service, maintenance, inspection, installation, after-sales service, equipment calibration, product claims, and providing consultation to ensure that products and equipment can be used efficiently and to ensure customer satisfaction with the service.

Qualifications: Male, age 23 - 40 years old Bachelor's degree or higher in Science or Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related fields) Possess skills in using technical tools for work Have knowledge regarding products, services, and customer information Have negotiation skills and good interpersonal skills Ability to plan work to meet the company's goals Ability to analyze, think systematically, and forecast after-sales service work Have skills in follow-up and good coordination Able to use computers and office programs well Able to communicate in English at a good level (listening, speaking, reading, writing) Have a driver's license and can travel to work in other provinces
