Security Supervisor - Querétaro

Job Objective

Ensure compliance with specific health and safety objectives, working according to procedural standards. This involves providing instructions, help, guidance, example, and discipline in order to ensure that risks are known and that standards, procedures, and assistance systems are correctly applied.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise security activities in the work area.
• Develop, implement, and follow up on security policies and procedures.
• Evaluate the security conditions and systems of equipment and work areas. Identify, investigate, and follow up on occupational incidents and accidents.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal regulations and security requirements.
• Control and administer equipment, tools, and resources destined for security.
• Follow up on the occupational health and safety conditions of the personnel.
• Coordinate and provide training in matters of security and risk prevention.

Requirements.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in industry in general and construction Reside in Querétaro (local personnel only) Availability to travel Availability to cover out-of-town projects With experience within GM .

• Knowledge: Construction, Occupational safety, Security supervision, Working at heights, Workplace supervision
