Construction Project Manager

Your tasks

Coordinate and follow up on construction projects, from identifying client needs and preparing quotes to the execution and closing of projects. You will be responsible for planning activities, managing resources, controlling budgets and delivery times, as well as maintaining effective communication with clients and internal teams.

Main functions and responsibilities

• Attend to and directly follow up with clients to identify their needs and requirements.
• Prepare quotes, budgets, and economic proposals for construction projects and related services.
• Provide commercial follow-up on quotes to finalize sales and generate new projects.
• Control project progress, budgets, and delivery dates.
• Coordinate and supervise activities related to assigned projects.

Follow up on acquisitions, materials, and services necessary for each project.

• Seek the optimization of resources, costs, and execution times.
• Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and administrative documentation for projects.
• Keep files and records updated in accordance with the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

Requirements

We are looking for a person with experience in the construction sector, commercial skills, and ease in dealing with clients, capable of developing economic proposals, following up on business opportunities, and finalizing new projects, guaranteeing quality and efficiency at every stage.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. Experience in the construction sector. Experience in direct client service and project follow-up. Experience in preparing quotes, budgets, and economic proposals. Knowledge of materials, construction processes, and services related to construction. Ability to coordinate activities, manage resources, and meet delivery dates. Proficiency in Excel and office tools for project control and follow-up.
