Responsibilities and duties Plan, teach, evaluate, correct, and record the documentation of teaching and learning processes; Indicate to the coordination and pedagogical team students with learning difficulties in reading, writing, and/or calculations and specific cases that need support from the multidisciplinary team; Follow and monitor the student's school performance, as well as their presence in the classroom; Propose, encourage, guide, and evaluate the use of resources and didactic multimedia, aiming to expand the channels and possibilities of student learning; Attend meetings with parents, guardians, and/or students, for matters related to school processes; Comply with and enforce the School Regulations and other norms of the school unit, in accordance with the mission and vision of SESI; Prepare reports on the development and learning of students participating in the activities and classes held; Ensure the execution of pedagogical projects of the SESI Regional Department being implemented in the Unit; Mandatorily participate in Class Councils, contributing with observations regarding each student; Collaborate with articulation activities between school and family; Perform progression for students retained in the previous year and plan recovery strategies for students with lower performance; Guide, direct, and provide teaching in their subject, fully complying with the program and the workload of school days and established schedules.
Requirements and qualifications Academic Background: Higher Education Completed - Licenciatura in Letras with qualification in English Language. Post-graduation in the area is desirable. Experience: Proven experience in the role. Specific Knowledge: Proficiency in IT (Office Package: Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook); Proficiency in BNCC; Knowledge of legislation: National and State Education Laws; Knowledge of active methodologies and technological tools; Knowledge of the General Data Protection Law - LGPD; Knowledge of PPP – Projeto Político Pedagógico; Classroom management proficiency.

Additional Information Hiring information: CLT Contract. Salary: R$ 5.939,06 Workload: 29 hours per week, with a time bank. Working Hours: Morning/afternoon.
