Executive Housekeeper- Helsinki

We are now looking for an Executive Housekeeper to Helsinki

What does your workday look like?

The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for organizing and supervising cleaning work at their own hotel property. You will act as the supervisor for Housekeeping Team Leaders and employees, ensuring the smooth running of work and actively meeting customers. You will plan cleaning work, ensure quality and operational reliability, and take care of the profitability and efficiency of the properties. Additionally, your responsibilities include shift planning, personnel administration tasks, quality rounds, planning of seasonal work, as well as confirming invoicing and payroll.

You will succeed in your work if you have:

• Previous supervisory experience
• Experience in housekeeping work and vocational training in the field
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills
• The ability to lead and motivate a team
• Fluent Finnish or English skills, other language skills are a plus
• Up-to-date IT skills

• A permanent employment contract and a €2,450 monthly salary. Start preferably 1.11.2026
• A full-time position. Your weekly working time is 37.5 hours Monday-Friday 8-16, located in Helsinki
