Waiter

We are looking for an experienced fine dining waiter for the winter season 2026–2027 to work with us in Lapland's premium restaurant and catering services.

This is not an ordinary restaurant waiter job. The work environment and clients change, and you will get to work with highly personalized service, fine dining, and international luxury travel.

Your work includes working at:

• Restaurant Elsa in the Ylläs area
• private dinners at clients' villas and cottages

• villa catering events
• premium catering for private jets

• private events and functions

Who are we looking for?

You must have strong previous experience from a fine dining restaurant and high-level customer service.

We are looking for a professional who knows how to read the situation and the guest. You understand that in premium service, small details make the difference, and the service must be simultaneously present, warm, and unobtrusive.

• good wine knowledge and understanding of food and wine pairing

• the ability to present and serve wines naturally and professionally
• an excellent service attitude

• good ability to work under pressure

• an independent and responsible work ethic
• flexibility in various work environments

• fluent English language skills
• the ability to serve international clients at a high level

Broader wine and beverage expertise as well as sommelier training are considered an advantage.
