Senior Site Manager (Construction)

Main responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities.
• Lead and manage teams of 20 or more workers.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, quality, and productivity.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environment standards (SST/HSE).
• Prepare progress reports and present updates to management.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in meetings and prepare reports in English when required.

Profile we are looking for:

• Professional in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Professional licensure/registration will be valued.
• More than 10 years of experience in construction.
• Proven experience as Site Manager, Ingeniero Residente, Construction Manager, Project Manager, or similar positions.
• Experience leading teams of 20 or more people.
• High level of English, spoken and written, with the ability to actively participate in meetings and prepare/present reports in English.
• Strong skills in organization, planning, leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving.
• Experience in remote projects or with logistical challenges will be highly valued.
• Ability to adapt to remote environments and a high sense of responsibility for results.
