Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing.
Previous experience in engineering, construction, manufacturing, or industrial companies is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Good command of Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and online recruitment platforms.
