Civil Quality Control Engineer - Beni Suef

Monitor the QA/QC Plan and Program and ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and contract requirements.

Conduct site inspections for civil and finishing works, including reinforcement, concrete, blockwork, plastering, painting, tiling, ceilings, and other finishing works.

Follow up concrete works, including slump tests, cube preparation, and compressive strength testing.

Check construction works against approved drawings and specifications.

Issue and maintain Material Receiving Reports (MRR) and quality documentation.

Prepare and follow up WIR, MIR, NCR, ITP, Method Statements, and Checklists.

Identify quality issues and follow up corrective actions until closure.

Coordinate with the Consultant, Owner, Engineer, and project team on inspections and quality matters.

Ensure compliance with the Company’s Quality System and HSE requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

5–8 years of relevant experience in industrial or Cement Mill projects in Egypt is preferred.

Good knowledge of WIR, MIR, NCR, ITP, Method Statements, and Checklists.

Good ability to read and understand construction drawings and project specifications.

Good command of English, both spoken and written, particularly for technical documentation.

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with good working knowledge of AutoCAD.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively with Consultants, Owners, Engineers, and project teams.
