Responsiblities:
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day construction activities and progress on site independently
- Supervise and lead a team of workers and sub-contractors to carry out on-site works
- Resolve technical and site issues during construction
- Prepare daily progress reports and work schedules
- Interpret structural drawings, specifications and project requirements
- Monitor works to ensure compliance with technical specifications, codes of practice and scope of work
- Enforce workplace safety and health regulations on site
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must possess a valid Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course (BCSS) certificate
- Minimum 5 years of relevant site supervision experience in Singapore construction projects
- Diploma or Higher Nitec in Building / Civil Engineering or a related field
- Proven ability to read and interpret structural drawings and specifications independently
- Experience leading and managing a team of workers and sub-contractors on site
- Familiar with WSH regulations and site safety requirements
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) for daily reports and progress tracking
- Self-driven, responsible and able to work with minimal supervision
