Direct Purchasing Staff

We are looking for a Direct Purchasing Staff responsible for ensuring the timely and stable supply of parts, raw materials, paints, and other production materials, while maintaining optimal inventory levels and supporting production continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Review the rolling 4+2 production plan issued by the Planning Department and translate production requirements into purchasing and supply actions.
- Issue purchase orders to suppliers and ensure the timely and stable supply of parts, raw materials, paints, and other production materials.
- Prepare and send purchase orders in a timely manner, follow up on deliveries, and monitor on-time and complete delivery (full-kit) performance.
- Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly delivery performance statistics and reports.
- Control plant inventory, work-in-process materials, and materials in transit.
- Maintain a minimum safety stock equivalent to 2–3 weeks for parts, raw materials, and subcontracted materials, adjusting inventory levels according to demand and supply risk analysis.
- Conduct monthly supplier delivery performance reviews, analyze inventory levels, identify materials that may cause production line stoppages, and develop improvement plans to reduce shortages.
- Identify and mitigate supply risks by implementing dual-sourcing and localization strategies.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to expedite the delivery of critical materials when required.
- Receive and review delivery notes, shipping documents, invoices, and other documentation required for accounting reconciliation.
- Upload and validate invoices through the SRM system and process payments through SAP.
- Maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers, conduct performance reviews and training activities, and follow up on invoicing and payment processes.
- Provide supply, delivery, inventory, and return information regarding parts, raw materials, and subcontracted products to all relevant departments.
- Identify and develop local suppliers for parts, raw materials, and subcontracting services.
- Prepare supplier plant audit plans and evaluate supplier performance according to new product launch schedules.
- Ensure complete and timely registration of new supplier information in company systems.
- Participate in the preparation, review, and negotiation of commercial contracts.
- Support new projects and ensure supply chain readiness throughout the product launch process.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Supply Chain & Purchasing Operations
- Experience in supply chain management, purchasing, and supplier negotiation.
- Ability to prepare and manage purchase orders.
- Experience with manual material requirements calculations, demand analysis, and production planning.
- Strong understanding of production plans and material requirements.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tasks, deadlines, and objectives as required.
- ERP Systems & Languages
- Experience using ERP systems, SAP, and SRM.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- English level: B2 or higher.
- Practical experience supporting new product development and launch projects.

The candidate should be comfortable working with ERP systems, analyzing supply and inventory data, coordinating across multiple departments, and responding effectively to supply chain risks and production requirements.
