Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivering superior client experience through understanding, anticipating and executing client’s transactions and providing excellent administrative and organizational support to Client Advisor.
- Support Client Advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience;
- Be point-of-entry contact for clients with account queries or orders, stock orders, payments, etc.;
- Assist with account opening, onboarding, due diligence and monitoring activities in close coordination with custodian banks and investment banks;
- Support with documentation for client meetings, business trips, investment proposals;
- Adhere to Internal policies & procedures and escalate where necessary;
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements; and
- Provides administrative support to C-suite management.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of work experience as CAA
- Experience in banking industry
- Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude
- Experience in entrepreneurial environments and the flexibility to work in both highly structured corporate settings and less structured start‐up environments
Good to have
- Usage of Bloomberg Terminal
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
