Your tasks

Role Description The Product Engineer role at Sinioo is a full-time remote position focused on designing, building, and improving digital products within the company’s technology ecosystem. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with product and design teams to translate user and business requirements into technical solutions, implementing and iterating on product features, and ensuring that platforms are usable, secure, and scalable. The Product Engineer conducts technical research and experimentation to support new product initiatives, contributes to system architecture and performance optimization, and participates in code reviews and documentation. This role also involves working closely with cross-functional partners to prioritize product enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvement across Sinioo’s digital platforms.

Requirements

• Strong Product Engineering skills, including experience designing, building, and maintaining digital products or platforms.
• Proficiency in Product Design and user-centered thinking to help shape intuitive, accessible, and secure user experiences.
• Excellent Analytical Skills for problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and evaluating product performance and technical trade-offs.
• Experience in Research and Development (R&D), including exploring new technologies, prototyping, and validating product ideas.
• Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, documenting technical work, and presenting ideas clearly.
• Relevant experience with modern software development practices, such as version control, testing, and continuous integration/deployment.
• Familiarity with security best practices and designing for reliability, scalability, and accessibility is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and contribute to a culture of responsible innovation.
