Your Task

SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES has been developing and building innovative machines and systems for efficient production processes since 1995. • Implementation of holistic supplier management including evaluation, auditing, and further development of suppliers
• Implementation and monitoring of quality-relevant measures – externally with suppliers as well as internally in the field of regulated industry (medical technology)
• Ensuring a constantly high product quality
• Close cooperation with production and development
• Analysis and processing of quality problems in the prototype phase
• Preliminary acceptance and acceptance of prototypes (first samples) as well as granting component releases
• Implementation of performance gap analyses at suppliers (quality, delivery time, cost, technology)
• Implementation of Preliminary Acceptance Tests at the supplier
• Central contact point for suppliers regarding technical inquiries about bills of materials, drawings, packaging, etc. – including internal clarification with design, purchasing, etc.
• Advising project buyers during supplier selection and awarding processes
• Participation in value analysis projects and Q-task forces
• Implementation of manufacturing site visits (e.g., TÜV)
• Participation in the creation of technical delivery specifications (e.g., packaging)
• Revision, implementation, and monitoring of existing contracts such as quality assurance agreements (QSV)

Your Qualification

• Successfully completed technical vocational training (e.g., mechanics, electromechanics, electrical, plastics technology); a degree in engineering or industrial engineering is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in quality management, ideally in supplier management
• Experience in plant engineering as well as in a regulated industry
• Very good PC skills including SAP R/3
• Business fluent English in spoken and written form
• Structured, goal-oriented, as well as quality- and safety-conscious way of working
• Strong service orientation, communication skills, teamwork, and assertiveness
• High flexibility and unrestricted willingness to travel
