Field Application Scientist (FAS), Junior

About the Role We're looking for a Junior Field Application Scientist to serve as the technical bridge between our products and our customers across the region. You'll conduct demonstrations, trainings, and workshops; provide pre- and post-sales technical support; and work closely with sales, marketing, and product development to ensure customers succeed with our single-cell technologies. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their customer-facing technical career to grow within a dynamic, international team. Key Responsibilities Customer-Facing Technical Support •    Provide pre-sales technical application support and post-sales troubleshooting •    Coordinate and conduct customer training sessions and product demonstrations •    Engage customers in project consultations to understand their needs and propose practical, workable solutions •    Manage customer expectations and maintain strong, long-term relationships Scientific & Sales Collaboration •    Work collaboratively with sales and marketing to achieve commercial goals •    Engage in in-depth scientific discussions with customers to support and drive scientific publications •    Prepare and deliver presentations to public audiences and key opinion leaders (KOLs) Other •    Up to 10% regional travel may be required •    Other related duties as assigned Requirements •    PhD or Master's degree in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Immunology, Genomics, or a related field •    0–3 years of customer-facing experience (technical support, application science, sales or similar role) •    Hands-on laboratory experience with genomics techniques(single-cell experience a plus) •    Strong foundation in biological or clinical research •    Basic proficiency in data analysis •    Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills •    Comfortable working independently as well as part of across-functional team What We Offer •    The opportunity to work with industry-leading single-cell sequencing products and services, tailored to research and clinical applications •    A dynamic, international team environment •    Competitive, performance-based remuneration
