Your Tasks

• Installation, commissioning, and startup of our systems at customer sites worldwide
• Troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of high-tech systems
• Support during qualification measures (IQ/OQ) in regulated environments
• Training of customer personnel in operation and maintenance
• Functioning as a technical interface to customers during service assignments
• Creation of service reports and documentation
• Supporting continuous product improvement through feedback from practical application

Your Profile

• Technical training in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar disciplines
• Experience in the service sector, mechanical engineering, or industry (experience in the pharma/biotech industry is an advantage)
• Practical way of working and strong problem-solving skills
• Willingness to undertake up to 90% international business travel
• Good English skills; German skills are an advantage
• Ability to work independently and represent the company professionally
