Job Summary You will support outlet operations by serving food and beverages, assisting with customer orders, maintaining cleanliness, and managing customer enquiries to ensure a positive experience. Responsibilities Serve food and beverages to customers promptly and courteously to ensure customer satisfaction Assist in accurately taking customer orders when assigned to support smooth outlet operations Maintain cleanliness and perform housekeeping tasks to uphold a hygienic and welcoming outlet environment Respond to customer service enquiries and feedback effectively to resolve issues and enhance customer experience Perform additional duties as assigned by management, including supporting other outlets when needed
