We are seeking a proactive HR professional to support our Singapore team and regional growth. Job Summary Manage comprehensive HR functions including recruitment, HR operations, compliance, and employee relations to support business growth and regional coordination in Singapore and abroad. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, onboarding, and offboarding to secure qualified talent. Oversee HR operations by maintaining accurate employee records, administering attendance and leave, and coordinating payroll to ensure smooth HR workflows. Process employment pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations to maintain legal workforce status. Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, employee handbook, and HR systems to ensure alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements. Support employee relations by addressing workplace matters, managing performance, and enhancing staff engagement to foster a positive work environment. Coordinate workforce planning and hiring needs with department heads and management to align staffing with business objectives. Prepare HR reports and assist in regional HR coordination including Malaysia and the UAE to support international operations. Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation and internal policies to mitigate legal risks and uphold ethical standards. Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline. 4–7 years of relevant HR experience in Singapore with demonstrated ability to work independently. Experience in automotive, electric vehicles, commercial vehicles, or manufacturing industries. Good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and work pass procedures. Hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, and employee relations. Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality. Other Information Benefits Competitive salary of SGD4,500–5,500 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
