SINGAUTO, founded in Singapore in 2023, specializes in new energy-intelligent refrigerated trucks. We focus on R&D, production, and sales, serving commercial refrigerated truck customers such as logistics, large-scale catering, and pharmaceutical companies.

Job Summary

Lead the development and enhancement of IoT-enabled vehicle systems and AI-driven functions. Bridge technology and business needs by collaborating with developers, manufacturers, and customers to drive innovation in connected vehicle technology and IoT ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SingAuto’s technology roadmap focusing on IoT, AI, and connected vehicle solutions to advance product capabilities.
• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to improve product performance and customer experience.
• Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and feasibility studies to validate new innovations.
• Architect, develop, and integrate IoT systems across SingAuto’s electric vehicle cold-chain platform.
• Oversee end-to-end IoT solutions including devices, sensors, gateways, connectivity, cloud platforms, APIs, and applications to ensure seamless integration.
• Own the full product roadmap for connected vehicle and IoT platforms, managing hardware and cloud application development.
• Define product requirements, use cases, user journeys, and acceptance criteria based on customer and operational needs to guide development.
• Define and manage system interfaces across sensors, controllers, TCUs, vehicle CAN networks, cloud platforms, APIs, and third-party systems to ensure interoperability.
• Drive continuous improvement of AI features focusing on predictive analytics, automation, and smart mobility to enhance vehicle intelligence.
• Establish and enforce cybersecurity, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols to safeguard systems and data.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 8–10+ years of experience in software development, system architecture, IoT, or product development.
• Proven hands-on expertise in source code review, system integration, and troubleshooting complex systems.
• Experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, Solution Architect, or similar role for IoT, connected vehicle, telematics, or hardware-software products.
• Strong skills in API design, system interfaces, data architecture, CAN/vehicle data integration, and third-party system integration.
• Knowledge of AI, cloud environments, APIs, and data flows.
• Strong leadership, project management, and vendor management capabilities.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese to communicate effectively with developers, manufacturers, and stakeholders.
