Digital & Social Media Content Creator

We are looking for a Digital & Social Media Content Creator on a 3 -months contract basis to support the Dept of Student Development . Submit your application now!

What you will be working on

• Support the preparation and scheduling of publicity content for social media, website and event platforms based on established plans and guidelines .
• Assist in adapting and formatting captions, announcements, programme information and publicity materials for different platforms.
• Support the preparation of digital and print collaterals , including posters, social media posts, digital screens and signages, using approved templates and artwork.
• Coordinate and follow up with student groups and stakeholders on content submissions, artwork and publicity requirements according to timelines.
• Support photography, videography and content coverage during selected events and activities.
• Assist with post-event publicity materials, filing and compilation of photographs, videos and other communication assets.

What we are looking for

• Diploma in Communications, Marketing, Media, Design, Event Management or related disciplines.
• Strong copywriting, proofreading and content creation skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
• Basic photography and video editing skills are advantageous.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Able to work independently and support selected event days when required.

Important Note: As the role may require attendance at selected events, shoots or activities outside of normal working hours, time-off will be provided for duties activated during evenings, weekends or other non-working hours , in accordance with the applicable arrangements.
