Singapore Management University’s Organisational Behaviour and Human Resources (OBHR) group invites applications for tenure-track faculty positions with a preference for applicants at the Assistant Professor level.

We seek candidates who conduct rigorous, impactful, and theoretically significant research in organisational behaviour and/or human resources. Candidates should have a strong research pipeline, and a record of, or clear potential for publishing in leading scholarly journals commensurate with their career stage. Applicants should also demonstrate a commitment to excellence in teaching. Entry-level candidates should be near completion of, or have recently completed, a PhD in organisational behaviour, human resources, ora related discipline.

About the Organisational Behaviour and Human Resources Area

The OBHR group comprises twenty-five faculty members. It is one of the most productive groups of OBHR researchers in Asia, and is recognized for its strong research culture and collegial environment. Our faculty regularly publish in top-tier OBHR journals and serve as Associate Editors and on the editorial boards of these journals. The OBHR group supports a thriving PhD programme and fosters a collaborative culture that values both rigorous scholarship and practical impact.
