Job Summary
Responsiblefor meeting service standards in the assigned outlet.
Responsibilities
- Superviseservice personnel and ensure meeting of service and grooming standards.
- Monitorworkflow and recommend improvements or increase efficiency.
- Coordinatewith kitchen staff to ensure timely communication of orders and delivery offood.
- Overseecondition of seating premises.
- Assistin conducting training for service staff when required to improve servicestandards.
- Anyother duties that might be assigned from time to time.
