  • Handle administrative and coordination matters for the department including PA duties, travel arrangements, and scheduling support to the CEO
  • Provide secretariat support for interdepartmental meetings, including preparing agendas
  • Assist in and coordinate visits and events
  • Provide administration, promotional and logistical support for SIAC training programmes, Academy courses, seminars and modules (in-person and online)
  • Liaise with trainers and participants on administration and logistical matters including registration, payment, course material and scheduling
  • Prepare evaluation reports, certificates of attendance and CPD reports
  • Manage the SIAC Academy mailbox and attend to enquiries relating to courses
  • Support management of general e-mail enquiries
  • Update SIAC Academy alumni directory and list of lecturers
  • Support Young SIAC and other SIAC-related membership and volunteer groups including handling enquiries and database administration
  • Handle any other administrative and coordination matters for the department as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in administration, including dealing with written correspondence, procurement and database management preferred
  • Experience working for C-Suite or Management executives is relevant to this role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications like Word and Excel and online event platforms like Zoom and Microsoft teams
  • Team player, good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Meticulous, organised, high attention to detail and able to multi-task
  • Service-oriented mindset
