School Partnership Assistant Manager - Part Time

Roles

  • Develop and manage partnerships with public, private, and international schools and education institutions across Indonesia and Southeast Asia, introducing and expanding SEN’s range of education programmes and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with school leaders, educators, and key education stakeholders to understand their needs and identify relevant opportunities across Student Immersion Programmes (SIP), Professional Development (PD), Learning Journeys (LJ), and Seesaw.
  • Identify and develop new partnership opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Lead client engagement from initial outreach through meetings, presentations, programme briefings, follow-ups, and partnership discussions.
  • Recommend and develop suitable SEN programmes and solutions based on the specific needs and objectives of each school or education institution.
  • Support the planning, implementation, and coordination of programmes and services, working closely with schools, partners, and internal teams to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Maintain and grow existing partnerships, identifying opportunities for repeat programmes, new services, and deeper collaboration.
  • Prepare tailored proposals, presentations, quotations, and partnership reports to support business development and partnership discussions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team on outreach campaigns, content, events, and promotional activities to increase awareness and engagement with SEN’s programmes and services.
  • Represent SEN professionally at school meetings, education events, workshops, networking sessions, and other industry activities.
  • Support the Partnerships Manager in managing existing partnerships, developing new opportunities, and executing broader partnership initiatives.

Working Hours 10-20 hours/week for 3 months and with the option of full-time afterwards

Qualifications •⁠ ⁠Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written •⁠ ⁠1-2 years of professional experience (preferably in education, partnerships, or client-facing roles) •⁠ ⁠Experienced in teaching/ building partnerships with education institutions •⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and relationship-building skills •⁠ ⁠Organized in managing multiple projects •⁠ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment •⁠ ⁠Experience with EdTech products or education programs is a plus •⁠ ⁠Based in Jakarta/Tangerang, Indonesia preferred
