CLEANER SUPERVISOR

Perform general cleaning duties. Assign daily tasks to the cleaning team, monitor performance, and ensure all areas meet company cleanliness standards. Monitor, track, and order cleaning supplies, toiletries, and equipment to prevent shortages. Train new cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and chemical handling. Conduct routine inspections of the premises (offices, toilets, pantries) to ensure flawless execution of duties. Manage team rosters, track attendance, and arrange cover shifts for absent staff. Act as the main point of contact for management, reporting any major maintenance issues, accidents, or supply needs.
