About the company
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team. Reporting directly to the Head, Human Resources, the HR Executive will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, general administration, and initiatives projects aimed at fostering a positive work environment.
Your tasks
Roles & Responsibilities
- Managing full suite of staff recruitment process which includes but not limited to sourcing, screening and coordinating interviews.
- Manage all work passes application, renewal, and cancellation
- Assist with timely and accurate completion and submission of all government surveys, grants and funding schemes
- Process all employee related insurance claims
- Manage all staff leave related processes
- Manage all staff training related processes
- Contribute ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement in HR through streamlining of work processes and practices.
- Manage employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters
- Prepare HR related statistics as and when required
- Support HR initiatives and projects from time to time and to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Good verbal and written command of English
- Has a solid understanding of human resources processes and procedures
- Ability to work independently and also as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications including Excel, Word and Powerpoint and Google suite. Experience with HRIS and other HR-related software applications is an added advantage
