About Us Sing Wah Enterprise Pte Ltd(formerly Sing Wah Air-Con Engineering) is a Singapore M&E engineeringcontractor established in 1996. We deliver New Build Projects, A&ARetrofitting, and Service & Maintenance, with a project portfolio spanningairport, government, hospitality, commercial, industrial and residentialdevelopments.

We are BCA-registeredunder ME01 Air-Con, Refrigeration & Ventilation (L6), ME05 ElectricalEngineering (L5) and ME15 Integrated Building Services (L6). We are alsocertified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and bizSAFE STAR.

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, network equipment, firewalls, Wi-Fi and end-user devices
2. Administer and maintain CCTV and access control systems
3. Administer user accounts, email, domain and DNS, file storage and office productivity platforms
4. Oversee data backup, recovery and cybersecurity measures, including antivirus, patching and access rights
5. Provide day-to-day IT support to staff, and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues
6. Manage software licensing for the company, including allocation to staff, renewals, usage tracking and licence compliance, with a focus on engineering and design software
7. Install, configure and support engineering and office software for users, and coordinate with software vendors on technical issues and upgrades
8. Maintain the IT asset inventory and system documentation
9. Liaise with IT vendors and service providers on procurement, maintenance contracts and projects
10. Recommend and implement system improvements, and support future system transitions such as ERP implementation

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related field
2. At least 2 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure or systems support
3. Hands-on knowledge of Windows environments, networking (LAN/WAN, VPN) and backup solutions
4. Experience with CCTV and access control systems is an advantage
5. Experience managing licences for engineering or design software is an advantage
6. Certifications such as CCNA or Microsoft certifications are an advantage
7. Able to work independently and handle a broad range of IT matters as the company’s key IT resource

What We Offer

• 5-day work week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
• 14 days annual leave, increasing by 1 day per year from the 3rd year of service, up to a maximum of 18 days
• Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) of 1 month, pro-rated
• Outpatient medical claims of up to $50 per MC (upon confirmation)
• Annual health screening of up to $250 (upon confirmation and completion of 1 year of service)
