We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team. You will help develop new business opportunities, build client relationships and promote our M&E services to developers, main contractors, consultants, building owners and facility managers.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify new business opportunities across the industrial, commercial, residential, government, hospitality and airport sectors.
- Approach potential clients and build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Attend client meetings, site visits and presentations to understand project requirements.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, tender submissions and company presentations.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations and tenders to convert them into projects.
Account Management
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and cross-selling across our three service lines.
- Act as a point of contact for clients and ensure timely follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal project, engineering and service teams to address client requirements.
Market Development
- Research upcoming projects, tenders and potential clients in the Singapore market.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends and client needs.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Attend industry exhibitions, seminars and networking events.
Reporting & Administration
- Keep accurate records of client interactions, leads and opportunities.
- Prepare regular business development reports for management.
- Support management in planning and executing business development strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Building Services, Project and Facilities Management or a related discipline.
- Internship or part-time experience in sales, customer service or the construction industry is an advantage but not required.
- Genuine interest in the construction sector and willingness to learn technical basics.
- Confident communicator who enjoys building professional relationships.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Able to work independently and with internal teams.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Willing to travel within Singapore for client meetings and site visits.
