Associate / Senior Associate (Loan Servicing) – Credit Operations About The Company Sing Investments & Finance Limited (Sing Finance) has more than 60 years of lending experience in the financing arena in Singapore. Our core activities include the acceptance of fixed and saving deposits from the public as well as the provision of loans and credit facilities to individuals and corporations, particularly the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Singapore. We are seeking dynamic individuals to grow with us and to continue building relationships with our valued customers. Responsibilities: You will support the accurate and timely processing of receipts, settlements, redemptions and account-maintenance activities across Hire Purchase, Block Discounting, Floor Stock, ODA and other lending products. Your key responsibilities will include: Process and reconcile loan receipts, instalments, repayments, fees and refunds across approved payment channels. Handle loan settlements and redemptions, including statement preparation, document verification and customer or dealer enquiries. Perform daily balancing and reconciliation with Finance, including settlement reports, Form B records and final payments. Monitor loan maturities, overdue and exceptional accounts, Floor Stock extensions, returned payments and other account exceptions. Process Form B lodgement and release, credit and security-document closures, collateral unlinking and other account-maintenance activities. Manage vehicle-related, bankruptcy, insurance and factoring matters, coordinating follow-up with relevant stakeholders. Prepare operational reports and funding projections, maintain accurate records and support process improvements and regulatory compliance. Perform any other ad hoc duties or tasks assigned by the team or Head of Department. Requirements: Diploma in Banking and Finance or an equivalent qualification. Candidates without a diploma but with relevant banking-operations experience will also be considered. Relevant experience in loan servicing, credit operations, Hire Purchase or banking operations is an advantage. Customer-focused, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Meticulous and organised, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Independent, self-motivated and able to demonstrate initiative. A collaborative team player who can manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; knowledge of Microsoft Access is an advantage.
