Quality Assurance Intern

We are looking for a qualified candidate to join our Company as a QA Intern (paid program) based in BSD, Tangerang, Indonesia or nearby areas.

Job Description:

• Perform manual testing activities to ensure applications and systems meet business and functional requirements.
• Develop and execute test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Support test execution activities and ensure testing deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide input from a quality assurance perspective.
• Prepare testing documentation, test evidence, and quality certification reports.
• Maintain proper storage and organization of testing documents and related artifacts.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project teams to investigate and resolve identified issues.
• Support automation testing initiatives and contribute to test automation development where applicable.
• Assist in audit findings follow-up activities and ensure continuous compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Apply IT Governance, risk management practices, and regulatory requirements within QA processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to software quality and testing practices.

Requirements:

• Fresh Graduate are welcome (Preferably holds a degree in Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or has a relevant IT background (last year student/fresh graduate welcome))
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of software testing methodologies, processes, and best practices.
• Experience in creating test scenarios, test cases, test plans, and testing documentation.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to identify, document, and communicate defects effectively.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn and develop technical testing capabilities.
• Willing to work in Hybrid arrangements
