Site Supervisor

Your tasks

Job Description & Requirements The Site Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Operations Manager to manage the progress of site works and manpower related aspects of the project.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

• Monitor and supervise site team to ensure compliance to the quality procedures & standard of workmanship.
• Preparation of basic work schedule for the site team to follow accordingly.
• Ability to resolve drawing discrepancies prior to start.
• Involve in coordination between sub-contractors / vendors / clients and anticipate labour / material / equipment demands to meet schedules.
• Involve in planning all works on site, including program schedules and construction methods, forecast equipment, material and manpower requirement, and control material usage and wastages .
• Day-to-day management of the site.
• Preparing daily reports.

Requirements

• Prior atleast 6 years of Electrical construction project supervising experience.
• Have good interpersonal skills

• Technical expertise and knowledge in construction works
