Admin Platform

Your tasks

• Manage and maintain company platforms (Shopee Partner, Shopee Seller, Go merchant, or Grab Merchant, Shopee seller, Tiktok Shop) across all outlets and , including uploading product listings, updating prices, promotions, and descriptions.
• Monitor and ensure data accuracy between platform listings and internal systems, especially real-time stock availability and item consistency.
• Perform regular audits on menus and product displays to ensure completeness, accuracy, and alignment with current campaigns or promotions.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, warehouse, marketing) to update product availability, pricing changes, and promotional activities.
• Handle platform performance tracking, including identifying discrepancies, resolving listing issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day platform operations.

Requirements

• Female, Minimum D3/S1 graduate
• At least 1 year of experience in platform administration, e-commerce operations (preferably in the Food Merchant / online food delivery)
• Familiar with managing online food merchant platforms such as Shopee Partner, Shopee Seller, Go merchant, or Grab Merchant, Shopee seller, Tiktok Shop
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in handling multiple tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
