Assist in planning work schedules and allocating manpower according to project needs.

Ensure workers follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean and organised working environment.

Report site progress, operational issues and work-related matters to management.

Assist in resolving daily site operational problems and coordinating necessary follow-up actions.
