Job Responsibilities

• Operate road rollers for soil and road compaction works.
• Carry out compaction works according to project requirements.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and surveyors.
• Follow site safety rules and work instructions.

Requirements

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of road roller operating experience.
• Experience in earthworks, soil compaction and road construction.
• Able to operate vibratory and tandem rollers.
• Familiar with soil compaction requirements (90%, 95% and 98%).
• Able to follow required levels and compaction specifications.
• Good safety awareness and able to work independently.
• Able to perform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance.
• Valid relevant operator certification, where required.
