Job Responsibilities
- Operate motor grader for ground levelling and road formation.
- Carry out fine grading to achieve required levels and tolerances.
- Coordinate with surveyors and site supervisors.
- Follow site safety requirements and work instructions.
Requirements
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5–10 years of motor grader operating experience.
- Experience in earthworks, road formation and final surface grading.
- Able to carry out accurate levelling and grading according to required levels and slopes.
- Experience in road construction and rigid pavement formation works.
- Able to operate motor graders safely and efficiently.
- Able to perform daily machine inspections and basic maintenance.
- Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently.
- Valid relevant operator certification, where required.
