Trading Executive

Responsibilities: Coordinate import and export shipments, including loading and unloading arrangements. Arrange manpower, transportation and port-related logistics. Liaise with customers, shipping agents, freight forwarders and transport providers. Arrange shipping insurance and prepare relevant shipping documents. Monitor shipment schedules and ensure smooth delivery and collection. Coordinate crane transportation, delivery and collection. Provide after-sales support and follow up on customer requirements. Handle daily shipping and operational matters and other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Other Information: ·        No transportation provided
