Site/Project Technician (Surveying & Installation)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with site measurement, levelling and setting-out works .
- Establish and verify reference points, levels and installation positions.
- Assist in transferring floor markings and reference points from raised floors to structural slabs.
- Support the setting out of foundations, pedestals,machinery bases and equipment positions.
- Use measuring and surveying equipment such as laser levels, auto levels and other relevant tools.
- Check dimensions, floor levels, alignment and installation positions.
- Record measurements and maintain basic site measurement records.
- Assist with pedestal installation and machinery positioning.
- Support machinery move-in and equipment installation activities.
- Assist supervisors and project teams during site inspections and preparation works.
- Read and understand basic technical drawings and measurements.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and safe working conditions at project sites.
- Follow company safety procedures and customer site requirements.

Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of levelling, setting out or surveying .
- Able to use basic measuring instruments.
- Familiarity with laser levels, auto levels or total stations will be an advantage.
- Able to understand basic drawings, dimensions and measurements.
- Good practical and hands-on ability.
- Careful and accurate when taking measurements.
- Comfortable working at industrial, construction and customer sites.
- Willing to learn machinery installation and specialised logistics operations.
- Able to work well with supervisors, technicians and installation teams.
