Team Lead (m/f/d) Quality Control Incoming Goods and Final Inspection

We produce medicines for the therapy of various cancers and other life-threatening diseases at our plant in Halle/Westfalen.

For our team, we are looking for you as Team Lead (m/f/d) Quality Control Incoming Goods and Final Inspection.

In this position, you will take on the technical and disciplinary leadership of the employees as well as the efficient organization and planning of workflows. Furthermore, your tasks include:

Responsibility for incoming goods as well as the sampling of raw materials, excipients, solvents, primary and secondary packaging materials, and single-use systems

Responsibility for AQL inspection in production, including the sampling of release, retention, and stability samples, as well as their forwarding to the responsible departments

Efficient organization, planning, and control of departmental activities

Technical and disciplinary leadership of employees, including employee appraisals

Creation and maintenance of workplace-relevant Standard Operating Procedures

Evaluation of employee idea and risk submissions

Ensuring compliance with GMP and occupational safety requirements through regular participation in training

Active participation in 6S projects as well as continuous expansion of technical knowledge and competencies

Interface function to production as well as preparation, analysis, and monitoring of relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

You bring with you:

Completed technical training with further training as a technician or master, or a comparable qualification

At least 2 years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in the pharma, chemical, or food industry

Initial experience in the technical leadership or coordination of employees is an advantage

Interest in learning new topics and taking on responsibility

Good understanding of Lean Management or 6S processes

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Good written and spoken English skills
