Responsibilities and attributions Perform corrective and preventive maintenance, as well as the installation of printers and multifunction devices at customer sites, executing technical service on low and medium volume equipment (B&W and color). The scope also includes providing exclusive and high-priority technical support to the Presidency and Vice-presidents (VPs), monitoring the equipment fleet to anticipate demands and ensure operational stability, in addition to attending to, controlling, and managing technical tickets, ensuring the resolution of demands and strict compliance with SLAs.

Requirements and qualificationsComplete Technical Education in Electronics, T.I. and related fields OR currently pursuing Higher Education in TI and related fields. Hardware: For MPS, training on the line of low and medium volume B&W and Color equipment. For SaaS Training on the HP Notebooks and Desktops track, which are in the Company's product line up and installed in the environment where you are allocated.
