The following tasks await you:

• Capturing and translating customer requirements into system specifications and acceptance criteria
• Designing the technical roadmap and dividing it into tasks and milestones
• Prioritizing the Product Backlog, taking into account features, improvements, and customer feedback
• Controlling the development of performant and user-friendly Qt/QML interfaces
• Early detection of risks and proactive problem solving
• Ensuring timely product deliveries within budget and quality specifications
• Coordination of external partners and suppliers
• Analysis and reporting of progress, challenges, and customer feedback

We desire:

• A completed university degree in Informatik, Aerospace, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the field of Engineering, Aerospace, as well as in the entire system engineering lifecycle of simulation projects and in the management of external suppliers and subcontractors is required
• Understanding of modern Softwareentwicklungs-Methoden
• Knowledge of military aviation systems, operational procedures, and mission processes is an advantage
• Very good communication and teamwork skills and a proactive and pragmatic way of working
• Enthusiasm for simulations
• Business fluent English skills, German skills are an advantage
• Tools: Agile, DevOps, Containerisierung, C++ and Qt/QML
