Your responsibilities will include ensuring the reliable operation of avionics test facilities, real-time test systems, and simulation environments. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting testers in using the test environment. The following tasks await you:

• Development and implementation of C++ services for a synthetic simulation environment
• Design of software interfaces (APIs) between services and external systems
• Development of realistic simulation solutions based on technical and operational requirements
• Support of the service-oriented software architecture
• Continuous Integration, automated tests, and software verification
• Application of DevOps methods and tools
• Error analysis and troubleshooting in distributed real-time systems
• Documentation of software design, interfaces, and tests

We are looking for:

• A completed degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the areas of C++ software development, development of distributed and service-oriented software systems, as well as software integration and with synthetic environments for training simulators are an advantage
• Teamwork skills, as well as a proactive and resilient way of working in dynamic environments
• Business fluent English skills
• Tools: C++, CMake, Conan2, Git, Jenkins and Docker/Podman
