For our client HENSOLDT Sensors, SimpleXX GmbH is looking for a Project Management Officer for Operations Network & Strategy at the Ulm location for the next possible date within the framework of temporary employment with an option for permanent takeover. Your responsibilities will include coordinating the implementation of the operations strategy and acting as PMO for the central strategy program in the operations area. Furthermore, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining relevant documents, reports, and presentations to document program progress. Within the HENSOLDT Group, high-end products are designed, developed, and produced, integrating complex system solutions from the main product areas of Radars and optoelectronic systems, electronic warfare, as well as Avionics. The following tasks await you:

• Coordination of the implementation of the operations strategy and PMO of the central strategy program in the operations area
• Creation and maintenance of relevant documents, reports, and presentations to document program progress
• Communication interface and collaboration with all internal and external partners
• Development and establishment of PMO standards for controlling relevant projects in the operations area
• Support in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure that schedules, goals, as well as the required quality standards and legal requirements are met
• Support in the management of interdisciplinary project teams
• Trustworthy and independent performance of administrative tasks for the Operations Strategy & Development management as well as independent completion of necessary assistant activities

What we are looking for:

• A completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience and knowledge in the areas of Operations, Supply Chain Management, Strategy Consulting, Defense Industry, as well as project management methods and tools
• Strong team, communication, and organizational skills as well as an independent, structured, and flexible way of working
• Business fluent English skills
