You will sometimes take over price management for complex cabin components. Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing various supplier information and price data in SAP MM. The following tasks await you:

• Price management for complex cabin components
• Management of various supplier information and price data in SAP MM (Materials Management System) and other procurement tools from Airbus
• Creation and tracking of purchase orders
• Tracking of invoice payments and payments to suppliers
• Supporting buyers in ensuring data integrity in the procurement tools
• Consolidation and tracking of supplier evaluations and performance data
• Management of electronic and physical archiving of contract documents in the Airbus tools
• Definition of best practices and harmonization of workflows across various work packages
• Collaboration with AI, Google tools, and internal specialists to automate administrative tasks
• Researching data and interviewing specialists from other functional areas to provide other Airbus teams with the correct data for negotiations

What we are looking for:

• A completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Management, Supply Chain / Logistics, Supply Chain Quality, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the areas of planning / material procurement, purchasing, supplier management, supply chain, as well as project management
• Strong communication skills, a high degree of persuasiveness and assertiveness, as well as an independent, structured, timely, and result-oriented way of working
• Business fluent English skills
• Tools: SAP, Google Workspace
