You will be partly responsible for maintainability analyses to evaluate accessibility, feasibility, and regulatory compliance. You will also undertake ergonomic and Human Factors analyses to reduce maintenance errors and risks. The following tasks await you:

• Maintainability and Human Factors analyses
• Participation in system design and maintenance procedures
• Maintenance time analyses and incident analyses
• Creation of technical reports and presentations
• Presentations to stakeholders and customers
• Leading HF and maintainability activities
• Project management including risk, cost, time, and quality control
• Management of subcontractors
• Coordination with design, service, and support teams

What we are looking for:

• A completed degree in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in aeronautical engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Knowledge in the field of ergonomics is desirable
• Knowledge of helicopter systems is an advantage
• Independent and organized way of working, sense of responsibility
• Very good communication skills and a hands-on mentality
• Business fluent English skills, German and French skills are an advantage
• Tools: Catia V5
