You will be partly responsible for collaborating with Support Engineering and Development (Design Office) to evaluate and optimize the S&S impacts of planned designs and changes, as well as deriving maintenance requirements. The following tasks await you:

• Collaboration with Support Engineering and Development (Design Office) to evaluate and optimize the S&S impacts of planned designs and changes, as well as deriving maintenance requirements from practical experience (RoE), technical expertise, and customer expectations
• Performance of LSA analyses, particularly LORA and MTA, definition of technical criteria and optimized procedural guidelines, as well as creation and optimization of spare parts lists, taking into account technical, economic, and operational aspects
• Definition of cost-efficient and certification-compliant maintenance programs, their continuous revision based on practical experience to reduce Direct Maintenance Costs, and ensuring the interface between LSA and catalog definition (IPC) for efficient ICA provision and government contracts
• Ensuring correct information distribution and coordination with all relevant ILS stakeholders (ILS, TechData, Training & Simulation, IPL), end-to-end traceability from source documents to ICA provision, as well as the quality and consistency of technical documentation and content with adjacent support departments

We are looking for:

• A completed degree in a technical field related to supportability or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the areas of development, customer service, aerospace, technical documentation, LSA, ASD S1000D, S2000M, helicopters, as well as maintenance/repair
• Strong teamwork and communication skills as well as a high degree of customer orientation, diligence, and independence
• Business fluent English skills; French and German skills are an advantage
