You will assist, among other things, in identifying and supporting key stakeholders. The following tasks await you:

• Identification and support of key stakeholders
• Conducting analyses on the impact of changes and developing arguments for change
• Design, control, and implementation of the change and communication plan
• Ensuring clear governance and structure, effective stakeholder and resistance management, strong employee engagement, and sustainable implementation of changes
• Advising and supporting department heads, the core project team, and the Satair leadership team
• Advising on projects outside the project portfolio with a focus on stakeholder and resistance management, change management structure, communication, and acceptance of changes

We wish for:

• A completed degree in communication sciences, psychology, business administration, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the areas of Change Management, Public Relations / Communication Management, as well as knowledge in Lean Management and Project Management
• Strong teamwork and communication skills as well as a high degree of independence, sense of responsibility, and empathy
• Business fluent English skills
• Tools: MS-Power Point, Google Workspace
