Your responsibilities will include the creation and revision of contract documents for the sale of individual service upgrades. Furthermore, you will ensure that contractual obligations and revenues are in alignment with the industrial, technical, legal, or other framework conditions of Airbus. The following tasks await you:
- Creation and revision of contract documents for the sale of individual service upgrades, reflecting the obligations as well as the agreements made between Airbus and its customers, in compliance with applicable approval processes
- Ensuring that contractual obligations and revenues are in alignment with the industrial, technical, legal, or other framework conditions of Airbus (or represent the best possible compromise between them), especially with regard to the profitability and risks associated with the contract
- Defining a pricing strategy (alignment of the value proposition); ensuring that the risks and obligations resulting from the purchase contracts are acceptable for Airbus and are approved
- Presentation of a convincing business case for the commercial offer
- Collaboration with business units, the contract department, and regional sales staff in the creation of offers
- Commercial recording and assessment of risks and key financial data
We are looking for:
- A completed degree in engineering, business administration, or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in the areas of finance, customer service, project management, contract management, and marketing
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills, an independent and proactive way of working, as well as analytical thinking skills and confidence in handling numbers
- Business fluent English skills (Spanish is an advantage)
- Tools: Google Workspace
