You will be partly responsible for requirements analysis and definition. You will also be responsible for creating test plans for development or formal tests. The following tasks await you:

• Requirements analysis and definition (SRD, e.g., including Requirements Engineering in DOORS)
• Creation of test plans for development or formal tests (certification and qualification)
• Creation of test procedures for laboratory integration and qualification
• Development of the system architecture; definition of interfaces to other systems such as mission management, cockpit, or other avionics systems
• Support during technical milestone reviews
• Execution of integration and qualification tests in the laboratory
• Execution of verifications of corrective measures with the supplier
• Assessment and evaluation of test results from laboratory tests, ground, and flight test campaigns
• Definition and validation of various test means such as mission data and other test artifacts
• Support in the application of agile and lean methods in engineering and test campaigns

We desire:

• A completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the areas of requirements management, radar, and integration of electronic combat systems
• Strong teamwork and communication skills as well as a high degree of resilience and discipline
• Experience in working with international engineering teams
• Business fluent English skills; German skills are an advantage
• Tools: MS-Office; knowledge of system development (DPA-ABD200) is advantageous
